Who We Are…

I retired from the US Postal Service after 32 years of service.  My experience included managing customer service retail units, postal processing operations and serving as a Business Marketing Specialist providing service to our largest business customers.  In addition, have worked in real estate property management while obtaining my Bachelor of Science. Customer service is my passion and as a Notary Public I have the privilege of servicing a variety of customers and businesses.  My guiding business principle is to do Maat and live!  Maat is an ancient African concept of the personification of truth, justice, balance and order.  All characteristic that makes for a great public servant.  As a Notary Public processing legal documents for numerous types of transactions; I enjoy meeting new people and assisting in accomplishing the goals of each transaction.  Our goal is to provide the best customer experience while meeting all the standards and legal requirements.

To provide the best customer experience in the notarization of real estate and other documents.  Providing basic information on the purpose and type of form being signed.  Ensuring that the customer understands our role as a neutral party with the specific purposes of verifying identity, obtaining signatures and notarizations required to complete the next step of the document process involved.

Fees:

All quotes are subject to confirmation after the actual documents are seen. The actual costs depend on the nature of the documents to be notarized as well as a number of factors.

Fees are assessed mainly by reference to the time spent on the matter, travel and if printing of the documents is required.  Fixed fees are applicable to certain notary services as determined by the State of Arizona
